Sunday Recap - September 15, 2024

Here's a recap of Sunday's liturgy with scriptures, songs and other notable elements:
Call to Worship: Psalm 135:1-3, 13-14
Praise the name of the LORD!
Praise him, you who serve the LORD,
you who serve in the house of the LORD,
in the courts of the house of our God.
Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good;
celebrate his lovely name with music.

Your name, O LORD, endures forever;
your fame, O LORD, is know to every generation.
For the LORD will give justice to his people
and have compassion on his servants.

Songs of Praise

Community Life - Jay Ewing (Pastor of Spiritual Formation)
• We are still in a season of kicking-off many of our ministries.  This past week, our Men went on their first hike, our youth pastors, Graeme and Mark, along with Milissa shared their vision for our Redwood Youth program and spent some time praying for all of the young people in our church.  Reno work continues to progress, and thanks to Bevans and the boys, our Food Bank fridges are now in place.
• But there are still more things starting up: YA, Youth, and Alpha all begin this week, and even more things begin in the weeks after... so visit the app or redwoodpark.ca/viewpoint for all the info.
